Tape Applicators - 2-Sided for Permanent & Peelable Tape

Our Automatic Tape Dispenser comes with the following features:

• Motorized Tape Pre-Looper/Unwinder Assist
• Integral tape guides that are adjustable for 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch, 1 inch wide tape
• Dispenses tape on 80gm paper on a wide vacuum table or 100gm plus narrow belt tables
• Can be doubled up on mounting brackets for higher production yields
• Up to 132 feet/min substrate speed depending on the length of tape being laid
• Air supply shut off and pressure dump valve for safe tape loading
• Single Phase 110V supply and air at 90lb.
• Accepts a standard 3 inches core
• Maximum tape reel 12 inches diameter

We also developed an optional specialized mounting bracket which allows adjustment to be made to the dispenser tracking on narrow belts while running.

The mounting bracket can be manufactured to fit all types of conveyors.

A special pivot feature allows the dispenser to be moved while on the belt making tape changeover simple and easy for the operator.
